VICTORY. A known farming enthusiast from Tacloban City, Martina D. Reyna, was adjudged as this year’s Woman Farmer of the Year by the TOFARM Awards who received P50,000 cash and an award plate. The award was recieved by her son, Joey and wife Beth, during the ceremonies held at the Shangrila Manila held on November 18. The TOFARM Awards is being given to recognize the resiliency, ingenuity,and strength of hard-working Filipino farmers.It is being given annually by the JCI Philippines and Universal Harvester, Inc.
