ORMOC CITY-A 31-year old mother delivered her baby inside a police service vehicle while she was being transported to a health center in Kawayan, Biliran last Sunday (Oct.23).
The mother, Ailyn Horfilla of Barangay Madao of said town, delivered her baby boy inside the police car at about 10: am, says Lt. Col. Frederick Señal, commander of the Biliran provincial mobile force company.

The police said that the husband of the woman flagged down their patrol car which happened to be in the area.

But while they were on their way to the rural health center, Horfilla delivered her baby boy.
