PALOMPON, LEYTE – The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) – Leyte 4th District Engineering Office (DEO) maintenance crew repaints bridges and guardrails in Brgy. Taberna, Palompon, Leyte to increase the structures’ visibility to drivers and enhance local road safety.
