ORMOC CITY– Two fishermen gathering seashells at a coastline were stunned to find a decomposing body of an unidentified person at about 6:50 pm last Thursday (April 11) along the coastline of Sitio Cambudol in Barangay Aguadahan, San Jose in Northern Samar.
San Jose chief of police Captain Juditho Galit described the unidentified cadaver as a male, wearing a green sleeveless shirt and white short pants.

The two fishermen who discovered the cadaver were identified as a certain Feliz, 44, single, and a certain Riel, 27, single. Both were residents of Brgy. East, San Jose.

The police said that the two fishermen personally appeared before their station and informed them that while they were gathering sea shells, they saw a male cadaver in the said place.

The police said that upon receipt of said report the local police led by Galit immediately proceeded to the reported place on board a motorized pump boat.

Upon arrival in the area, the police added that they found the cadaver, and was already in the state of advanced decomposition.
