Ms. Ma. Cristine Y. “This skatepark will build and sustain healthy communities and will be a gathering place for dedicated athletic youths, giving them a sense of belonging,” Ms. Garnace stated. “More than anyone, young people need to feel like they are recognized and appreciated by their communities and most especially the local government authorities.” (PR)
