ORMOC CITY– Three individuals, including a minor, were injured in a collision involving two single motorcycles at around 10:32 am on May 6, in Barangay Busali, Biliran, Biliran.
Police identified the injured parties as alias “Neil,” 40, married, self-employed, and driver of a matte brown Mio Gear 125 motorcycle; alias “Digna,” 36, married, and alias “Den,” 10, a student — both back riders and residents of Brgy. Dapdap, Naval.
The second driver, alias “Jay,” 37, married, self-employed, and a resident of Brgy. Busali, was operating a black-and-red Suzuki Raider 125.
According to the police investigation, the Mio Gear was traveling from Naval towards Biliran when it accidentally struck the Suzuki Raider, which allegedly crossed the road unexpectedly. As a result of the collision, the Suzuki driver and the two passengers on the Mio Gear sustained injuries.
All three were promptly brought to the Biliran Provincial Hospital for medical attention.(ROBERT DEJON)
