PALOMPON, Leyte– The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Leyte 4th District Engineering Office (DEO) commences the Construction of a multi-purpose building (covered court) in Barangay Buenavista, Palompon, Leyte.

The project features a ground floor area of 452.40 square meters and includes 10 sets of die-cast aluminum spotlights. Funded under the General Appropriations Act of 2024, it has a contract amount of Php 6,924,999.66.

“This multi-purpose building is set to enrich the lives of residents by providing a versatile space for sports, events, and gatherings,” said OIC- District Engineer Rosita A. Tinawin. “It aims to foster health, well-being, and social cohesion within the barangay.”

DPWH Leyte 4th DEO’s commitment to enhancing the vitality of the locality through this project will create lasting benefits for the community. (PR)
