Ormoc City – The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Leyte 4th District Engineering Office (DEO) under the leadership of Officer-In-Charge (OIC) District Engineer Rosita A. Tinawin welcomes Biliran DEO officials led by Assistant District Engineer Irwin L. Antonio for a productive benchmarking activity.
