ORMOC CITY – The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Leyte 4th District Engineering Office (DEO) OIC-Assistant District Engineer Peter Scheler V. Soco spearheads the on-site inspection of Widening of Hagna Bridge along Palompon-Isabel-Merida-Ormoc Road, together with project engineers. Accompanying the inspectorate team was a representative from LIDE Management Corporation (LMC), a water system provider who owns a water pipe that is situated on one side of the bridge thus hindering the widening process. Discussions focused on the timely removal of the obstruction as well as collaborative efforts between DPWH and LMC to ensure project progress. (PR)
