TACLOBAN CITY– Retail investors can subscribe digitally to Arthaland Corp.’s Series G and H preferred shares through GStocks PH, as the property developer conducts a follow-on offering from Sept. 14 to 25.
The shares are priced at P500 each, with Series G, or ALCPG, carrying an annual dividend rate of 7.3260%, while Series H, or ALCPH, offers 7.8105%, subject to the terms and conditions of the offering.
GStocks PH, the stock trading platform in the GCash app offered by AB Capital Securities Inc., allows fully verified GCash users to participate in the offering without opening a separate bank account.
The platform’s digital subscription feature is designed to simplify participation in initial public offerings and follow-on offerings, allowing investors to view the availability of broker-allotted shares through a subscription meter and receive real-time allocation information during the subscription process.
If the broker’s initial tranche is fully subscribed and the offering becomes oversubscribed on GStocks PH, investors may still place orders and receive their allocation results after the offer period.
Arthaland is a property developer known for its focus on sustainable real estate development.

He said digitizing financial services can make investing more convenient and allow Filipinos to take greater control of their financial journeys.
To participate, fully verified GCash users may open the GCash app, select Invest, and choose GStocks PH. The platform provides digital onboarding and allows users to transfer funds to and from their GCash wallets without a bank account.
Preferred shares generally provide fixed dividends and rank ahead of common shares in the distribution of dividends, although the terms and risks vary depending on the issue.
